After a little longer period of beta testing the new Microsoft operating system is ready to be manufactured in huge quantities. Main authorities of Microsoft claim that over 10 000 000 users have tried already Windows 7 either Beta or Release Candidate versions which helped them very much making the system much more comfortable and more stable than ever before. There were also several thousands of official beta testers who took very important part in production due to their perfect technical support deliver straight to Microsoft.

This time the beta testers complain that they are not going to be rewarded for their work as they were in case of Windows Vista. For Vista testing Microsoft has given each beta tester a copy of the system as a thankyou for how they have helped, well this time Microsoft made things different and some testers may feel bad as they claim.

Official retail release date of the upcoming operating system is 22.10.2009. Starting with this day the operating system shall be for sale in shops in America and in following week it shall spread through the whole world. The publicly licensed copies will be available during September of this year.

The release candidate can be still downloaded until 20.08.2009 from the Microsoft website and can be used / tested until February 2010 when it becomes shutting down each 2 hours due to license agreement of this particular version of the system. It is advised to try the release candidate before purchasing the final release to make sure you are comfortable with the new system and you have some time to get used to the new a bit different interface.
